MANILA, Philippines - Former Senator Jamby Madrigal on Monday welcomed reports that she is allegedly being considered in the Liberal Party's shortlist for the 2013 senatorial elections.
Madrigal, however, said the final list has yet to be released.
Ako'y naghihintay," she said.
Madrigal said she doesn't have a quarrel with Senator and former presidential candidate Manny Villar.
Let us build on the future. "Iyung nakaraan ay nakaraan na," she said.
Madrigal had accused Villar of pushing for the realignment of the C-5 road extension project for the benefit of his real estate business in Las Piñas. The claim hurt Villar's presidential campaign in 2010.
