Quiapo is new military intel chief

MANILA - Brig. Gen. Arnold Quiapo is the new chief of the Intelligence Service of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (ISAFP).

He assumed office today.

Quiapo replaces Major General Eduardo Año, who is now commander of the Army's 10th Infantry Division in Davao City.

Prior to his appointment as ISAFP chief, Quiapo was the commander of the 301st Brigade, 3rd Infantry Division of the Philippine Army based in Iloilo.

He is a member of Philippine Military Academy Matikas class of 1983.
