MANILA - The motion to travel filed by Dennis Cunanan of the Techonology Resource Center before the Sandiganbayan First Division is considered submitted for resolution.

Justice Rafael Lagos asked Alexander Robles, lawyer of Cunanan, if the Junior Chambers International event next week in Japan will push through even without Cunanan's presence.

Robles said Cunanan is one of the moderators of the event.

Lagos pointed out that the written motion said Cunanan's presence in the event is "indispensable" but apparently, it is not.

Cunanan also has pending motions to travel before the
Third and Fifth divisions where he is also facing graft charges in
connection with the pork barrel scam.

Cunanan's lawyer, Odessa Bernardo, earlier said her client is not a flight risk.
