Brady takes oath as new PH ambassador to China

MANILA, Philippines - Newly confirmed Philippine ambassador to China Sonia Brady has taken her oath before President Aquino in Malacañang.
Brady assumes office as the Philippines tries to come up with a resolution to the current territorial dispute with China over Scarborough shoal.
Other officials who took their oath today were newly appointed justices of the Court of Appeals: Ma. Luisa Quijano Padilla, Renato Francisco, and Jhosep Lopez. 
Also taking their oath were Deputy for Ombudsman for Luzon Gerard Mosquera, officials from the Department of Budget and Management, officers from the Philippine National Police, Department of Budget and Management, and officers of the National Press Club.
