MANILA - At least 13 senators have signed the Senate Blue Ribbon committee report on the pork barrel scam as of 3 p.m. Monday.

The 13th signatory is Senate Majority Floor Leader Alan Peter Cayetano.

The other signatories are: committee chairman TG Guingona, vice chair Sergio Osmeña, senators Chiz Escudero, Antonio Trillanes, Miriam Santiago, Grace Poe, Koko Pimentel, Loren Legarda, Paolo Benigno "Bam" Aquino, JV Ejercito, Cynthia Villar and Pia Cayetano.

The blue ribbon committee report recommended plunder charges against Senators Ramon Bong Revilla Jr., Jinggoy Estrada and Juan Ponce Enrile over their alleged links to the multibillion-peso pork barrel scam of Janet Lim Napoles.

The three have denied the charges.

The committee also recommended that the three senators face an ethics committee investigation for possible sanctions.
