MANILA - The Philippine National Police (PNP) is still waiting for the official discharge order from the Ospital ng Makati (OsMak) to transfer alleged pork barrel scam Janet Lim Napoles back to Fort Sto. Domingo in Laguna.

According to PNP spokesperson Supt. Theodore Reuben Sindac, the hospital is still waiting for the court's ruling on the motion filed by Napoles' lawyers for her extended stay at the hospital.

Makati Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 150 clerk of court Atty. Diosfa Valencia said the hearing for the motion for Napoles' extended stay at the OsMak is set Wednesday next week, May 14.

One of Napoles' lawyers, Atty. Faye Singson, told the news team in a phone call that they are still waiting for the court's ruling.

Singson said it is not true that Napoles refuses to pay or cannot pay her hospital bills.

Napoles' relatives have agreed to help pay her bills, she said.

They are hoping that the court will grant their request.
