MANILA - Whistleblowers Association of the Philippines president Sandra Cam filed Thursday a petition for a writ of habeas data before the Supreme Court for her protection.

Cam is asking the SC to stop government agencies from spying on her.

She also asked the High Court to compel Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) official Alex Almario to reveal his true intentions for visiting her house in Cavite.

Cam earlier accused Almario and his party-mate, Senate President Franklin Drilon, of trying to silence her after she revealed that she had a list of lawmakers being linked to the pork barrel scam.

The Whistleblowers Association of the Philippines is asking Justice Secretary Leila de Lima to reveal the list given to her by Janet Lim Napoles of lawmakers who took part in the scam. Report by Noel Alamar, radio DZMM
