MANILA – The Supreme Court (SC) of the Philippines has moved the oath-taking rites of the 2013 Bar examination passers from April 28 to May 5, 2014.
In its official Twitter account, the Public Information Office of the SC said the program will still be held at the Philippine International Convention Center and will start at 2 in the afternoon.
The roll signing of the new lawyers was moved to May 6, 7 and 8.
According to the SC, these events were moved as a result of the heavy traffic expected due to the arrival of United States President Barack Obama in the Philippines on Monday.
Obama will leave the Philppines on Tuesday afternoon.
