MANILA – The Makati Regional Trial Court (RTC) has received the written report on the medical procedures that alleged pork barrel scam player Janet Lim Napoles underwent at the Ospital ng Makati (OsMak).

Atty. Diosfa Valencia, Makati RTC Branch 150 clerk of court, said the report was a one-page document signed by Napoles' attending physicians from OsMak and St. Luke's Medical Center which lists down the procedures done by the doctors.

Valencia, however, refused to provide further details of the report, saying Napoles' consent is needed.

Napoles on Wednesday underwent total hysterectomy where her uterus and two ovaries were removed.

Doctors said Napoles was suffering from ''severe adenomyosis of the uterus with multiple adenomyoma." They explained this was a tumor causing “blood lakes” that could have been “life-threatening."

Valencia said the hospital is required to submit periodic reports on the status of the operation which was earlier allowed by the court.

She said the court is still waiting for updates from the hospital regarding Napoles' discharge.

Once the hospital approves Napoles' discharge, police can immediately proceed to move Napoles back to Fort. Sto. Domingo in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

Valencia noted that the transfer of Napoles from the hospital back to her detention room does not need court approval anymore.

Napoles is facing a serious illegal detention charge filed by her former aide, pork barrel scam key whistleblower Benhur Luy.
