MANILA - The 2016 presidential elections is not Malacanang's priority, according to a Palace spokesman.
Communications Secretary Herminio "Sonny" Coloma, Jr. was asked if President Aquino or his party already has possible candidates in the 2016 elections.
Coloma has long been associated with the Samar faction of President Aquino’s supporters, the rival of the Balay group that’s said to be under Roxas and the Liberal Party.
