Blogger and Cucina Andare co-organizer Anton Diaz noted that the food truck trend reinvented the food scene in the United States.
“There are now popular gourmet trucks in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York and Australia, and people follow them wherever they go! Cucina Andare is inspired by the Din Din A Go Go in LA or the Off the Grid Food Truck Markets in San Francisco. We believe it’s right about time that food trucks make their debut in the Philippine foodie scene,” Diaz said in a blog post.
