Solenn dubbed 'renaissance woman' by Mega
MANILA, Philippines -- The latest double-cover issue of young women's lifestyle magazine MEG takes inspiration from Christmas, as it takes the "frosty" route in styling Kim Chiu and "America's Next Top Model" winner Sophie Sumner.
The Kapamilya actress and the UK winner of the Tyra Banks-hosted model search were recently unveiled as the cover girls of the magazine's December 2012-January 2013 issue.
Photographed by Milo Sigueco, Chiu's cover was styled by Rain Dagala and Portia Ladrido. The "Ina, Kapatid, Anak" star sports white mini peplum dress by Cheetah Rivera, and a pair of silver drop earrings by Forever 21. Mica Santos took charge of art direction, with Ting Duque and Bren Sales on makeup and hair, respectively.
The pink haired Sumner, on the other hand, was photographed by Melson Bolongita. Art direction and styling were done by the same team behind Chiu's cover look. For her "frosty" cover appearance, Sumner wears an off-white structured sleeveless dress by Kaye Morales, and a pair of silver dangling earrings also by Forever 21.
Meanwhile, actress-model Solenn Heussaff has been dubbed "renaissance woman" by Mega in its December 2012 issue, where she appears on the cover sporting an uncharacteristic short hairstyle.
Also photograhphed by Sigueco, Heussaff was styled by Patrick Galang, with LA Ferrios and Jef Fronda, for her cover look. Art direction was also done by Santos with L'Oreal's John Valle and Clinque's Paolo Maranon on hair and makeup, respectively. Suki Salvador, meanwhile, was creative director for the shoot.
