MANILA, Philippines (UPDATED) – Dressing up for Christmas is taken to a whole new level in an upcoming fashion show that features “holiday fantasy haute couture,” said to be the first in the country.
Organized by Metro and Metro Society magazines of ABS-CBN Publishing, “Metrowear Fantasy” will showcase the holiday-inspired creations of four of the country’s new wave of fashion designers.
Martin Bautista, Joel Escober, John Herrera and Mak Tumang reinterpreted the themes “The Nutcracker,” “Hark The Herald Angels Sing,” “Snow Queen” and “12 Days of Christmas,” for the fashion show, which will be held on Sunday (November 25) at the EDSA Shangri-La Hotel.
