MANILA, Philippines – Fast food chain Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) is at it again, rolling out a new promotion that is getting a lot of people talking about the restaurant.

This time, KFC installed an actual bed in its branch at Vito Cruz in Manila for customers to literally enjoy their “breakfast in bed.”

The limited-time promotion began on Monday and will be available only until October 31.

Using social media to create online buzz, the restaurant posted on its Facebook page: “If a KFC breakfast is so good, KFC Breakfast in Bed is even better! Enjoy it today at KFC Vito Cruz! #KFCBreakfastinBed.”

On Tuesday, KFC posted a picture of celebrity KC Montero enjoying the “breakfast in bed.” As of writing, this post had already garnered more than 1,500 likes and has been shared more than 50 times.

“KC Montero dropped by KFC to have breakfast in bed! Come on down,” the restaurant said on its Facebook page.

“Hahahaha I can't believe they really did this. Ever eat in a bed in a fast food place?” Montero said on his official Twitter account.

Netizens said they hope the promotion is also offered at their nearest KFC branch.

“Sana all branch may ganyan..haha (idoLuvKFC),” commented Ellicec Selbor on Facebook.

“Waaah, can I sleep here?! This bed looks comfy and inviting!” said John Ed De Vera on Twitter.

Last July, KFC made the news when it unveiled its much-discussed "cheese top burger," which was even picked up by US talk show host Jimmy Kimmel and other international media outlets.
