MANILA, Philippines -- Like their mother, the daughters of TV personality and former beauty queen Ruffa Gutierrez are very much "fasyon." In fact, they are set to launch their first ready-to-wear (RTW) collection this holiday season.

Venice and Lorin Gutierrez-Bektas pose for their family's Christmas-themed pictorial.

"Lorin and Venice, mahilig rin sila sa fashion tulad ko. As a matter of fact, they're doing a collaboration with (celebrity fashion designer) Rajo Laurel called the Love Collection," Gutierrez told ABS-CBN News on Sunday.

"We're launching my own children's collection with Rajo, and ilo-launch na 'yun sa November, kaya excited ako," she added.

According to Gutierrez, Lorin and Venice, age 9 and 8 respectively, designed the collection themselves. Gutierrez's daughters with Turkish businessman Yilmaz Bektas even took inspiration from their friends in naming the RTW outfits.

"It's actually Lorin and Venice who designed the clothes, so tigli-limang outfits sila for stylish little girls, and they named the collection after their best friends in school," Gutierrez said.

With a November launch set for the collection, Gutierrez said she is open to her daughters modeling the clothes as well. She added that she hopes the successful release of Love Collection will spell even more fashion outings from her little girls.

"Pwede sila mag-model sa launch, but it's more of a small collection para sa holidays, para sa Pasko, para sa New Year, and hopefully maging successful. Pag maging successful, we'll think about branching out," Gutierrez said.
