Aside from the iPhone 5, Apple also announced a redesign of its trademark white earphones, along with the iPod Touch and Nano.

The new iPod Touch borrows many features from the iPhone 5.

It can run graphics seven times faster than the previous generation. Apple’s intelligent assistant Siri also comes to the new music player. Its battery is up to 40 hours of music playback and up to eight hours of video playback. And, unlike the previous generation, the new iPod Touch comes with five colors and a color-matched wrist strap.

Meanwhile, the iPod Nano also got a hardware update. It now features Bluetooth for wireless listening and a 2.5-inch multi-touch display. Now, you can just tap to play, fast-forward, rewind and pause.

Apple also introduced a new earphone called "EarPods," which the company said it spent three years to design. According to the company, users would be able to hear deep and richer bass tones. They supposedly rival high-end headphones that cost hundreds of dollars.

And finally, there's a new version of the iTunes software, which is used for organizing digital music and video content on computers. It now has a mini player, an expanded view and a smarter way to view the user's collections. – Report from ANC
