MANILA, Philippines – ABS-CBN anchor Bernadette Sembrano is sporting a new look.
In her official Twitter account on Tuesday, Sembrano posted photos showing her new haircut.
Sembrano is now wearing bangs, veering away from the style that most people have seen in the past year.
The 36-year-old anchor known for her "genuine warmth and charm" was once chosen by the online magazine Spot.ph as one of the "Top 10 Hottest Newswomen."
Citing her capacity to inspire others, Spot.ph said Sembrano embodies someone who “motivates everyone to soldier on despite adversity.”
Currently, Sembrano appears on ABS-CBN’s morning news program "Umagang Kay Ganda." She is also the anchor of the current affairs show “Salamat Dok” as well as ANC’s "Top Story," which airs everyday at 5 p.m.
She also has a radio show on dzMM with journalist Alex Santos.
