Banzai: The Great Teppanyaki Theater

The Japanese buffet restaurant Banzai: The Great Teppanyaki Theater is letting dads eat for free this Father’s Day, June 15.

Dads can avail of the free buffet if accompanied by three family members.

All-day breakfast restaurant B&P is offering an “Eat with Dad Unlimited Ribs” promo, where guests can order as many ribs as they want for P599.

The promo is valid from June 13 to 15.

Aside from ribs, B&P also offers some of its all-day breakfast dishes such as High School Life (boneless chicken thigh fillet and pork belly adobo with salted boiled soy egg), Crush ng Bayan (dried herring in olive oil and capers, served with cherry tomatoes), and Luzviminda (a combination of Vigan longganisa, Pampanga’s pindang tocino and crispy danggit, served with tomato salsa, choice of egg and garlic rice), among others.

Heritage restaurant Casa Roces is offering a “Papi Mio!” barbecue promo this Father’s Day.

At P2,999 for a group of four (or around P850 per head; 50% for kids 12 years old and below), diners can feast on a menu that consists of Russian Salad, BBQ Pork Ribs, assorted skewers of beef, pork or lamb, Grilled Hungarian and Schublig Sausages, Cheesy Macaroni with Roasted Pimientos and Bacon Crumbles, Mashed Potato, Morcilla Rice with Crunchy Bacon, Chili con Carne with Melted Cheese and Nachos, Grilled Corn on the Cob with Chili Butter, Grilled Vegetables, Leche Flan, Key Lime Pie and Chocolate Mousse.

The “Papi Mio!” promo is available for lunch (12 noon to 3 p.m.) and dinner (6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.). Dads also get two complimentary Sub Zero local beers or 50% off on other drinks of his choice, and a free copy of the men’s magazine Vault.

Chef Laudico Guevarra’s

Dads get a limited edition Chef Laudico Guevarra’s mug for every P3,000 single receipt purchase on Father’s Day.

Guevarra’s is offering a Father’s Day lunch buffet at P599 per person and dinner buffet at P549 per person. VAT is not yet included in the said rates.

Lucia Ristorante is serving buffet specials to celebrate Father’s Day this Sunday.

The menu includes Antipasto all’ Italiana (cold cuts), Insalata Mista (mixed Italian salad), Crepe Onion Soup, Mushroom Risotto, Mashed Potato, Roasted Pork Loin, Roasted Turkey, different types of pasta, Banana Flambe and seasonal fruits.

The promo is available on June 15 for lunch (11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.) and dinner (6 p.m. to 9 p.m.) at P699++ per person.

Dads who dine at Makati Shangri-La this Father’s Day get a chance to win a two-night stay with buffet breakfast at Traders Hotel, Puteri Harbour in Malaysia, Shangri-La Boracay or Shangri-La Mactan.

They can also get an overnight stay with buffet breakfast at EDSA Shangri-La or Makati Shangri-La.

Dads get a raffle stub for every P2,000 spent at Makati Shangri-La restaurants such as Lobby Lounge, Circles Event Café, Inagiku, Shang Palace and Sage from June 13 to 15.

Mandarin Oriental Manila is offering a Father’s Day feast through its two restaurants.

At Paseo Uno, dads can enjoy a hearty international buffet featuring dishes prepared fresh at the restaurant’s four open kitchens for P1,750 (lunch) or P1,950 (dinner).

At Tin Hau, a gourmet oriental feast awaits dads with three Father’s Day set menus prepared by executive Chinese chef Hann Furn Chen. The set menus start at P1,680 per person.

Manila Hotel

Manila Hotel has restaurant promotions as it honors dads this Father’s Day.

The hotel’s buffet restaurant, Café Ilang-Ilang, is serving a Father’s Day brunch for P2,850 net per person, and dinner for P3,000 per person.

Mabuhay Palace, on the other hand, is offering an authentic Cantonese meal at P2,200 per person until June 15.

Meanwhile, the Cowrie Grill in Greenhills is giving a 30% discount on dad’s meal during lunch and dinner on Sunday. Guests dining at the restaurant will receive a special discount voucher that they can use on their next visit.

Marriott Manila

Marriott Manila is offering its new and improved Sunday brunch this Father’s Day.

The buffet spread includes items like Boston lobsters, Fin de Claire oysters, US prime rib, foie gras, chilled seafood, pasta, sushi, pastries and other desserts, as well as an interactive martini bar.

Marriott Manila’s Sunday brunch is priced at P2,700 nett per person. Diners can also enjoy a three-course menu at Cru Steakhouse for P1,800 nett per person.

Guests who will book Marriott Manila’s “Stay for Breakfast” room package from June 12 to 15 can experience a chauffeured Sunday ride with Maserati Ghibli.

Dessert shop Wicked is serving desserts targeted at dads with different tastes.

One of these is the Jack Daniel’s Pound Cake, a caramel dense pound cake with roasted walnuts and toffee bits, imbibed with Jack Daniel’s syrup and topped with caramel Jack Daniel’s sauce.

You may also get Bacon Brownies, or fudgy brownies spread with dark chocolate and topped with crispy bacon dipped in chocolate and sprinkled with chopped almonds. There are also Wicked Bacon Strips, or bacon strips baked to a crisp and dipped in dark chocolate.
