New items at Starbucks

Starbucks recently introduced its two featured beverages for the months of June and July – the Strawberry Cheesecake Frappuccino and Banana Chocolate Frappuccino.
The Strawberry Cheesecake Frappuccino includes Starbucks’ well-loved Strawberry and Cream Frappuccino topped with cream cheese whipped cream, biscuit crumbles and strawberry drizzle.
The Banana Chocolate Frappuccino, on the other hand, combines rich chocolate with milk and a freshly peeled banana.
Meanwhile, Starbucks also has a variety of featured food items including the Strawberry Pistachio Cake, Banana Chocolate Puff, Ham and Cheese Brioche, Oven-fried Chicken and Bacon Relish on French Toast, and Chicken Parmigiana Wrap.
The Strawberry Pistachio Cake consists of a vanilla sponge cake layered with strawberry and pistachio mousse on a sweet, nutty crust. The cake is finished with whipped cream and sprinkled with crushed pistachio and chopped strawberries.

The Banana Chocolate Puff is filled with Belgian chocolate and sliced bananas, while the Ham and Cheese Brioche includes savory sliced ham and cheese.
Chicken takes the spotlight at the two other dishes – one features oven-fried chicken and bacon relish placed in two slices of French toast, while the other includes Chicken parmigiana wrapped in pita bread.
Chicken Barbecue at Siklab for P116
The Bistro Group’s Siklab restaurant celebrates Independence Day by serving its bestselling dish at a discounted price.
Siklab’s Chicken Barbecue, which is marinated for six hours, will be sold for only P116 on June 12, 2014, the Philippines’ 116th year of independence.
Siklab is located at Greenbelt 3 mall in Makati City.

Cru Steakhouse at Marriott Manila is offering a pre-theater dinner for guests who are watching “Priscilla Queen of the Desert” is currently being staged.
The four-course meal includes Beetroot Baby Spinach Salad, Caramelized Onion Soup, a choice between Grilled Norwegian Salmon Fillet or Grilled USDA Striploin (220 grams) with oven-baked asparagus for main course, and a choice between Bittersweet Chocolate Passion and White Chocolate Cheesecake for dessert.
The meal is priced at P1,550 per person and is served starting 5:30 p.m. every Thursday to Sunday.

Lunch discount, bottomless cocktails at Trattoria
Italian restaurant Trattoria Poggio Antico is offering a 15% discount during lunch from Monday to Friday this week, as well as bottomless cocktails for P220 per person.
Trattoria Poggio Antico is located at Tuscany, McKinley Hill in Taguig.

The American restaurant chain TGI Friday’s recently opened its doors at the new Fairview Terraces mall in Quezon City.
The new branch is TGI Friday’s 16th store in the Philippines.
