MANILA (UPDATED) - The Kapamilya network was recognized on Thursday as one of the most trusted brands among the readers of a general interest magazine.
In a survey conducted by Reader's Digest Asia, consumers chose ABS-CBN as one of the most trusted brands in the TV Network category.
According to Sue Carney, editor-in-chief of Reader's Digest Asia Pacific, the award serves as a "seal of consumer approval and stamp of recognition" among readers of the magazine.
Receiving the Gold Award for the Kapamilya network on Friday were Cory Vidanes, head of ABS-CBN broadcast, Lauren Dyogi, head of ABS-CBN TV production, and Cookie Bartolome, head of ABS-CBN marketing.
Now on its 15th year, the Trusted Brand awards is a consumer research-based project which gives recognition to brands that have become the benchmark for product excellence and customer service.
