ABS-CBN News reporter Atom Araullo
MANILA – ABS-CBN News reporter Atom Araullo does not have a fixed list of qualities that he is looking for in a woman.
In an interview with entertainment site push.com.ph, Araullo said being beautiful is “really a combination of many different things.”
“For me beautiful is beautiful, it doesn't matter what kind of features they have. It's really a combination of many different things, like a nose might not look good on a certain person but if another person wears it, because of a combination of features it looks good,” he said.
Admitting that his likes also get affected by his moods, Araullo said, “Parang some people are not traditionally beautiful but meron silang dating so ako halo-halo (laughs).”
Araullo started his television career via the 1990s educational show “5 and Up.” He also used to be part of the Studio 23 show “Breakfast.”
In 2013, Araullo conquered social media because of his daring coverage of super typhoon “Yolanda” (international name Haiyan) in Tacloban.
Prior to that, Araullo was also hailed by the lifestyle website Spot.ph in 2010 as the “cutest newsman” in the Philippines.
