MANILA – Megaworld has partnered with luxury Italian brand Minotti as it hopes to attract more “sophisticated and conscious customers” for its ready-for-occupancy (RFO) units.

Some of Megaworld’s completed projects include Eastwood Le Grand Towers 2 in Quezon City; Morgan Suites Residences, 115 Upper Mckinley, Mckinley Hill Garden Villas, Tuscany Private Estates and 8 Forbes Town Road in Taguig; Sarasota and Pinecrest at The Residential Resort in Pasay City; and Greenbelt Madison and One Central in Makati City.

In a statement, Megaworld said it has created an exclusive interior design team so clients may personalize their units and add Minotti fixtures.

Those who have bought RFO units may also avail of after-sales services such as leasing and resale management, and turnover and maintenance services.

Founded in 1950, Minotti is known for its sleek, clean lines and high quality materials.

Here in the Philippines, Minotti is distributed by Living Innovations.
