MANILA – Restaurateur and food blogger Erwan Heussaff joins three other chefs as they grace the cover of a society magazine, which referred to them as the country’s “mavericks of food.”
Wearing their uniforms and aprons, Heussaff, Robby Goco, Rob Pengson and Bruce Ricketts posed for the cover of Metro Society’s March 2014 issue.
“The Philippine culinary scene has never looked so cool!” read a blurb on the magazine’s cover.
Heussaff, the boyfriend of Kapamilya star Anne Curtis and the brother of model Solenn, is known for his quirky restaurant concepts, the newest being Pink Panda in Makati City.
Goco is the man behind the farm-to-table restaurant Green Pastures and the Cyma Greek Taverna chain. Pengson is one of the founders of the Global Academy culinary school and owns The Goose Station, while Ricketts is the executive chef of Robot Restaurant and Lounge.
