BAGUIO CITY -- Locals and foreign tourists alike flocked at Session Road here to watch the colorful Panagbenga Grand Float Parade.
The parade, which started at 8 p.m., lived up to expectations as the annual flower festival continued to gain popularity over the years.
The month-long festival was organized by the Baguio Flower Festival Foundation and is celebrated every February in Baguio City.
Some of the institutions and companies who joined the parade include Goldust, Le Monet Hotel, Beauche, Olive C, 7-Eleven, SM and Baguio Eco Park, among others.
Also present during the event were members of the Philippine Military Academy and Baguio officials, who led the opening of the parade.
