Suzuki, LTO, bikers join hands for 'Learn to Ride'

MANILA, Philippines -- Suzuki Philippines, Inc. joined forces with the Land Transportation Office (LTO) and Motorcycle Philippines Federation (MCPF) to launch the "Motorcycle Safety Learn to Ride Seminar Year 2."

The program aims to prevent and minimize motorcycle-related accidents in the country.

It will be launched on Thursday at the Edu Hall, LTO Main office in Diliman, Quezon City.

Suzuki Philippines president Satoshi Uchida, Transportation Secretary Joseph Emilio Abaya, and LTO Assistant Secretary Virginia Torres will be present at the event.

Media registration starts at 10:30 a.m. and the program proper starts at 11 a.m.

The Learn To Ride Program is a staple activity in "Suzuki Invasions."

Suzuki will also hold a 2-day Suzuki Invasion in Marikina on February 15 and 16 at the Parang Public Plaza. The activity begins 10 a.m.
