MANILA - It looks like all is well between Marlou and the rest of the members of Hasht5.
On Thursday, the red-haired Marlou, on his official Facebook account, posted a video of him clarifying an earlier report that he has left the group to go solo.
"Kahit po nagkakagalit kami, hindi po mag-iiwan dahil mahal na mahal namin kayong mga fans namin. Sana po suportahan niyo pa rin kami kahit bina-bash niyo ako, kami... Hindi po totoo na umalis ako. Wala po akong karapatan para mang-iwan ng grupo," he said.
Marlou was referring to an earlier report citing a photo uploaded by Hasht5 member Erick on his Facebook account showing the group without him. The caption read: "Wala nang mawawala hindi ba? Apat man tayo, tuloy natin hanggang dulo."

Shortly after Marlou's clarification, Erick shared another photo of the group featuring all of the members.
He wrote as the caption: "Balikan natin iyong dati. Kalimutan natin iyong mga naging problema natin. Ayusin ulit natin ito. Gawin natin iyong makakaya natin. Lumaban tayo at wag mag-iwanan."
In a text message sent to ABS-CBN News' Erik Tenedero, Chicken Pork Adobo, the group that manages Hasht5, denied the split. The message read: "Yes, they are still together. Tampuhan lang 'yung nangyari."
Hasht5 was the brainchild of Marlou and Vincent, church choir members who decided to form a group who can sing, dance, and act to dominate the Internet.
A parody of sorts of boy groups who rely on good looks to garner fans, Hasht5 rose to fame after going viral through hilarious song covers and photo shoots on social media sites Facebook and Twitter.
