8. Beat stress with Vitamin C
Stress tolerance is different from person to person and only you can gauge how much stress is “too much.” But all of us can do several things to improve our ability to handle stress, like regualr exercise, eatung a healthy and balanced diet, and getting adequate sleep.
You can also drink Vitamin C supplements like Bewell-C since Vitamin C is a stress buster. It allows the body to quickly clear out cortisol, a stress hormone that increases sugars in the blood stream. Vitamin C helps regulate cortisol and prevents the blood pressure from spiking up in response to stressful situations.
