MANILA – This socialite’s closet is bigger than most people’s apartments.
A video of Singaporean Jamie Chua showing off her 700-square-foot wardrobe space on “Bonkers Closets” has recently gone viral, with over 49 million views as of writing.
The closet requires fingerprint access and has 10 sliding doors filled with designer clothes.
It also has more than 200 Hermes bags – including a Himalayan crocodile Birkin with white gold detailing and 245 diamonds – as well as over 300 pairs of shoes with an average cost of $1,500 per pair.
“I try to be nicely dressed because I feel that it is a form of courtesy to the person that I’m meeting. I try to make myself look a little more polished when I step out of the house,” Chua said. “Just in case I meet my worst enemy.”
When asked if she thinks she is one of the best dressed women in Singapore, Chua replied: “That’s not a question I should answer. Self-praise is no praise.”
