Volunteers reinforce San Mateo river banks

Volunteers from a religious group, the Tsu Chi Foundation, together
with the residents of Bgy. Banaba Extension in San Mateo Rizal gather
at Nangka River to hold a "Bayanihan" session for the sand-bagging and
riprapping of river's eroded banks. The San Mateo River is prone to
overflowing during intense rainfall.
