MINDORO - Vice Presidential aspirant Rep. Leni Robredo continues to express her gratitude to host and actress Kris Aquino for endorsing her, hoping this would translate to actual votes come Election Day.

Robredo earlier said that Kris Aquino waived her talent fee and even paid for the production and several TV spots for Robredo's political ads.

Robredo's numbers have been steadily climbing in recent surveys and inching closer to those of vice presidential frontrunners Marcos and Sen. Chiz Escudero.

The latest ABS-CBN survey conducted by Pulse Asia shows that Marcos and Escudero were tied at 25%, with Robredo just four points away at 21%.

Robredo is hopeful that Aquino's endorsement will make a favorable impact on her candidacy especially that Aquino is one of the most prominent endorsers in the country.

Kaya malaking bagay iyan para sa akin," she said.

Robredo's rival, Sen. Ferdinand Marcos Jr., however, said he has a strong support base and the presidential sister's endorsement of Robredo will not make a dent on his campaign.

Robredo hit Marcos for belittling the actress' endorsement power.

Robredo said she is thankful to the actress for helping her in her campaign.
