Pinoy accused of killing wife in Canada

CANADA – An international manhunt is now underway for the suspect in the killing of a Filipino-Canadian woman.

Canadian Police is now looking for 39-year-old Nelson Tayongtong, who is wanted for the second-degree murder of his wife, 40-year-old Aicha Saludares, in Mississauga.

According to CTV reports, police said the victim’s body had obvious signs of trauma when it was found in their apartment on Sunday.

Saludares was reportedly planning to leave her husband after seven years of marriage.

Police are hoping to find Tayontong with the help of the public.

He stands 5”7’ inches tall and weighs about 130 pounds with short black hair. Police are asking anyone with information to call them at (905) 453-2121.
