MANILA – Thirty-two Filipinos from Libya are set to arrive at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport on Saturday afternoon.
The repatriates, on board Emirates Flight EK 332, are workers of the Tripoli Carpet Factory.
The company processed the exit visas and shouldered the cost of the plane tickets of the Filipino workers.
Their arrival would bring the total number of Filipinos repatriated from Libya to 269.
The Philippine Embassy in Tripoli continues to monitor the security situation in Libya and to urge our nationals to register for repatriation.
