The news about the trio’s academic achievement abroad was relayed to abs-cbnNEWS.com by Dr. Desiree Montecillo-Narvaez, a doctor for the United Nations based in Geneva.

“Truly, this represents an enormous source of pride and honor for me not just as a mother, but as a Filipino as well. These awards are a testimony to the international community of the great academic achievement that Filipinos all over the world are able to attain, and of the intellectual capacity that we have,” said Dr. Narvaez in an email letter.
