MANILA – The Philippine Consulate General in Agana will conduct a two-day overseas voting outreach to make it more accessible for registered Filipino voters to claim and submit their ballots.

In partnership with the Agana Shopping Center (ASC), the event will be held on April 27 and 28 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

A booth will be set up at the Payless side of the Agana Shopping Center.

ASC has been an active supporter of various Filipino community activities and a constant partner of the Consulate in promoting Philippine culture and the interests of Filipinos on the island.

The consulate continues to remind Filipino overseas voters in Guam and the Marianas that the voting period for the 2013 Elections for Senators and Party-List Representative will end on May 13.

Those who wish to cast their ballots by mail may do so by sending their ballot envelopes to P.O. Box 9880 Tamuning, Guam 96931.  Ballots may also be droped-off at the Consulate located at the 6th Floor of the ITC Building in Tamuning (590 Marine Corps Drive cor. Chalan San Antonio, Tamuning).

The Consulate General will be open to overseas voters everyday (including Saturdays and Sundays) from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to receive ballots until the end of the voting period.

Voters in the Marianas who have not received their ballots are advised to call the Consulate General's toll free number (670) 6822222 to verify if their ballots have been returned to the Consulate and to provide us with their current and correct mailing addresses so that their ballots may be re-sent to them.
