MANILA, Philippines – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh will accommodate more passport applications daily beginning February 10.
Instead of two, the embassy will now have three encoders to assist passport applicants. This will increase the daily volume of passport applications from 216 to 270.
Appointment schedule for passport can be obtained through the Embassy's website, www.philembassy-riyadh.org.
The online appointment system allows the passport applicant to choose the date and time of their preferred appointment. After successful booking, an applicant will receive a system-generated confirmation through e-mail.
The embassy reminded that it will no longer accept appointment request through e-mail, text and phone calls.
Passport applicants are advised to avoid multiple bookings in order for other applicants to book an appointment and to maximize the appointment slots.
In the event that an applicant wishes to change his/her appointment schedule, he/she needs to cancel the appointment through the link found on the confirmation received.
New born babies below 6 months old, lost passports and senior citizens (60 years old and above) are exempted from the appointment system.
