About Terisita Cruz (w/ regards to her comment about Philam Life that she wrote last 10/13/08)
We don't have the right to judge and degrade the reputation of such prestigious company. People must first have knowledge about the issue you want to talk about. Here, we are talking about the fate of such good company that has served us for more that 60 years. Philam life continuously provides us good service and protects us from uncertainty in our life. We must be grateful of that.
Philam life right now is bothered about how to inform and educate her policy holder that they are not really affected financially from their mother company financial problem. Insurance companies in Philippines are regulated by our own national insurance commission. They have their own balance sheets. We, policy holders don't need to worry because Philam Life is well capitalized and a very stable company.
In the event that this company is sold, it's similar to the fact that this company only change owner. Business process and goals are still the same.
To Ms. Teresita Cruz, if you have any incovenience in processing your claims, I think it is only a matter of communication problem or technical problem on how to use computers since you already admitted that you don't have much idea on how to use computers. This company's reputation doesn't deserved to be degraded because of such problems.
