More than just her sexy snaps: Meet Jinri Park

MANILA - Following Friday's episode of "Pinoy Big Brother: Lucky 7" (PBB), all eyes are on the four celebrity housemates nominated for eviction, more so on Korean personality Jinri Park, who has openly admitted that she does not want to leave the reality television show just yet.

"Kasi feeling ko if I go out, I'm gonna get more depressed," said Park, who is living alone and away from her Seoul-based parents. "I don't have family sa Philippines so if I go out, I'll be alone again. ...Ayaw ko umalis pero sometimes in life you have no choice."

A former FHM cover girl, Park said she joined PBB to prove to her critics that she was "definitely not the sexy image" that people see. Her stint, however, has been far from smooth as her fellow housemates accuses her of being distant, not knowing her introverted tendencies.

She turned emotional when she opened up about her difficulties in interacting with the other celebrities inside the "PBB" house in Vietnam, saying she couldn't help but feel envious of their talents.

"Medyo mahirap to love myself. Because that's the problem, I compare myself with other people. You feel like you're not good at anything. Because I haven't found anything I'm good at."

Park was nominated for eviction alongside Brazilian-Japanese hunk Hideo Muraoka, actress Yassi Pressman, and young singer Juan Karlos Labajo. Her fellow housemates voted for her because they felt that they have yet to know the real Jinri Park.

To help lessen the confusion and maybe allow viewers to get to know Park more, here are some interesting tidbits, outside the usual bio stuff, about the Korean beauty:

Even before gracing the cover FHM for the first time in 2013, Park was already turning heads with "The Jinri Experience," a volume collating sexy photographs of her billed as the Philippines' first ever gravure book. Recently, she decided to spice things up, cosplaying as various anime characters for the third volume.
