MANILA, Philippines -- Even at her young age, actress Angel Locsin revealed that she has already prepared her last will and testament to ensure that her family will have everything they need in case she dies.
"Inaayos ko nang lahat. Kapag nagta-travel ako, may last will and testatement ako para settled lahat, parang ganoon. Ang bilis ba? Hindi niyo ba ginagawa 'yon?" Locsin asked "KrisTV" host Kris Aquino.
"Hindi mo masasabi kapag kinuha ka ni Lord," she explained. "Para hindi na sila mahirapan kung anuman ang mangyayari."
Locsin, 27, admitted that she's the breadwinner of her family, which is why she doesn't see herself tying the knot with her boyfriend, Philippine Azkals member Phil Younghusband, just yet even if she is already emotionally ready for marriage.
"Gusto ko kasi lahat para sa kanila (family). Ewan ko, kasi gusto ko lahat ng pwede kong ibigay, ibibigay ko sa kanila. Ayaw ko noong 'yung parang maiiwan, parang ganoon 'yung pakiramdam ko," she said.
The actress said it was her decision to draft her last will and testament.
"Hindi alam ng daddy ko. Actually nalaman na lang niya may binibigay na akong sobre. Sabi ko, 'Daddy, last will ko.' So ang daddy ko naloko talaga siya. So after noon gumaya siya nagpagawa din siya," Locsin shared.
Locsin is promoting her Metro Manila Film Festival entry "One More Try," which hits theaters nationwide on Christmas Day.
