MANILA, Philippines -- After making her big screen debut early this year, singer Angeline Quinto is set to star in an upcoming ABS-CBN series co-starring two heartthrob Kapamilya stars.
In "Kahit Konting Pagtingin," Quinto, 23, will be paired with two leading men, Sam Milby and Paulo Avelino.
"Kahit Konting Pagtingin" was confirmed to be in the works last week by John Lapus. The comedian-host, a returning Kapamilya talent, said he will also star in the upcoming soap.
Avelino also confirmed the series' production in a live interview on "The Buzz" last Sunday. The new project is the acclaimed actor's "teleserye" return after the top-rating series "Walang Hanggan."
Milby, meanwhile, will reportedly still star in "Against All Odds" -- another upcoming series starring Judy Ann Santos -- despite being tied to "Kahit Konting Pagtingin."
In a teaser trailer released online for the TV project, Avelino and Milby detail characteristics they find ideal in a woman. Quinto is then shown, hoping both men's attention are drawn to "someone like me."
"Kahig Konting Pagtingin" is Quinto's second major acting project after co-starring with Coco Martin in Star Cinema's "Born to Love You."
