MANILA – Gerald Anderson will have a cameo appearance on the movie “Deadma Walking,” which is an entry to this year’s Metro Manila Film Festival.

One of the film’s lead stars is Joross Gamboa, who has been Anderson’s good friend even before he entered showbiz.

Congratulating him in advance, Anderson said: “Nag-cameo ako diyan kaya alam ko maganda. Alam kong maraming matutuwa at manonood diyan kasi sobrang relatable. Napanood ko 'yung trailer, sobrang nakakatawa. Good luck brother. Deserve mo lahat ng blessings mo ngayon.”

According to Anderson, his life changed a lot after Gamboa introduced him to showbiz.

Minsan natutulog ako sa bahay nila, nagba-basket kami doon,” he said.

Gamboa, for his part, downplayed everything that Anderson said.

Pero kung ano 'yung narating nila, sila 'yun,” he said.

Directed by Julius Alfonso and produced by T-Rex Entertainment, "Deadma Walking" will open in Philippine cinemas on December 25.
