MANILA - "Forevermore," the first team-up of Enrique Gil and Liza Soberano on primetime, soared in nationwide ratings on Tuesday with the unfolding of the love story between its lead characters.

Citing data from Kantar Media, producer ABS-CBN said "Forevemore" garnered a national TV rating of 30.2% on November 10, its highest since it debuted last October 27.
In comparison, its competing program on GMA-7, "Hiram na Alaala," only scored a nationwide rating of 13.2% on the same day.
With its strong viewership across urban and rural areas, "Forevermore" easily reigned in the list of the most watched programs in the Philippines on Tuesday, according to Kantar Media.
Under the direction of Cathy Garcia-Molina and Theodore Boborol, "Forevermore" centers on the unlikely romance between Xander (Gil), the hard-headed and reckless son of a hotel magnate, and Agnes, a feisty and devoted daughter who cultivates strawberries for a living.
The series' growing ratings coincide with the developments in the relationship of Xander and Agnes, as seen in recent episodes. Now past their constant bickering, the two are forced to cooperate after being told to partner for a contest in a local festival.
"Forevermore," which airs weeknights after "Hawak Kamay," also stars Marissa Delgado, Luz Fernandez, Zoren Legaspi, Lilet, Joey Marquez, and Irma Adlawan.
