"May you rest in peace dad. I love you so much and we will miss you. You [are a] legend," Gege said in a post on her official Facebook page.
Pascasio reportedly died at 8:26 a.m. due to colon cancer, according to a Facebook page dedicated to the OPM performer endorsed by Gege.
In May this year, Pascasio was reported to be suffering from chronic abdominal disease. At the time, he was confined in Sta. Ana Hospital in Manila, where underwent an operation to remove a tumor.
Known for its hits "Barkada" and "Miss U", the Pascasio-led Grin Department rose to fame in the '90s and released four albums.
