MANILA, Philippines – There is no stopping “American Idol” runner up Jessica Sanchez from appearing in various Hollywood events as she performed yet again during a prestigious awards night in Los Angeles on Wednesday night (Thursday morning in Manila).
In her official Twitter account, Sanchez said: “Performing tonight at the @bafta Britannia Awards. Airs on BBC America on Sunday :) So excited <3 ;)”
The 17-year-old singer also posted a photo of her after she performed Whitney Houston’s hit “I Will Always Love You” at the event.

The BAFTA Britannia Awards was held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel.
Hosted by Alan Cumming, this year's Los Angeles Britannia Awards honored Daniel Day-Lewis, Daniel Craig, Quentin Tarantino, Trey Parker and Matt Stone, and Will Wright.
According to its official website, the Brittania Awards “are BAFTA Los Angeles’ highest accolade, a celebration of achievements honoring individuals and companies that have dedicated their careers to advancing the entertainment arts.”
Prior to this event, Sanchez also performed at the Democratic National Convention of US President Barack Obama last September and she also attended the 2012 Carousel of Hope Ball last October.
