MANILA, Philippines -- Larry Martin, the winner of the first-ever "The Biggest Loser: Pinoy Edition," has been tagged in the killing of Naga City Regional Trial Court Sheriff Rommel Licmoan last September 27.

Aside from Martin, Faustino Lou Galvan from barangay Sabang, Naga was also identified as another suspect.

According to initial reports, Galvan's girlfriend had claimed that she was harassed by Licmoan.

Galvan then allegedly got back to the victim using Martin's vehicle. Licmoan was left unconscious after being mauled by Galvan, who left the crime scene allegedly with Martin.

Martin refused to comment on the issue upon the advice of his lawyer, saying he's still waiting for the subpoena.

He also vowed not to run away from the investigation to probe that he had no hand in the crime and that it just happened that his vehicle was used at that time. -- Report from Rona Nunez, ABS-CBN News Naga
