Ruffa happy because of new suitor

MANILA – A special someone is making television host-actress Ruffa Gutierrez smile these days.
Gutierrez was hesitant to give any detail about her new “inspiration.” What’s definite though is that he is “cute” and unattached, she said.
“’Yong inspiration ko naman text, text lang at tawag,” she said. “Basta he’s near yet so far. Basta cute siya.”
“Siyempre it’s a secret. Binata naman siya. ‘Yon ang pinaka-importante. Mabuti na ‘yong mga pumuporma walang asawa. Yan ang pinaka-ayoko, may asawa,” she added.
The “I Love Betty La Fea” star admitted that she is happy because of him.
Her overprotective mom, talent manager Annabelle Rama, also expressed her trust and support after learning about her daughter's new suitor, reports said.
To which, Gutierrez, 35, commented: “I’m so happy talaga. At least nagtitiwala na si mommy sa akin. At she knows naman na I wouldn’t do anything na makakasira sa akin o makakasira sa mga anak ko.”
“So, if I introduce my inspiration to my mom and dad, ibig sabihin he’s worth it, di ba?” she said.
Shake, Rattle, and Roll 11
Gutierrez is paired with her former boyfriend, Zoren Legaspi, in a new movie produced by Regal Films.
Legaspi, who is the husband of Gutierrez’s best friend, Carmina Villaroel, said he immediately accepted the offer to do “Shake, Rattle, and Roll 11” where Gutierrez plays the role of his fiancée.
He said: “Alam ko agad na it would be fun working with her again. We’re catching up doon sa mga lost time na hindi kami nagkita ng matagal na matagal.”
According to Gutierrez, she and Legaspi did not speak for seven years after their split.
“I’m just so happy that now we can talk to each other. Nagbibiruan kami. We can talk about the past. Nakikita ko naman na nag-mature siya,” she said.
“One thing na masasabi ko kay Zoren, swerte si Carmina [sa kanya]. Siya ‘yong lalaking hindi mabisyo , walang babae at hindi mangangaliwa.”
Gutierrez also praised Legaspi for being a doting dad to his children – twins Cassandra and Maverick.
Legaspi, meanwhile, gave this advice to Gutierrez’s would-be suitors: “Sa lahat ng manliligaw ni Ruffa, mas mahirap ngayon. Siyempre, ang mommy mo, mas mahigpit ngayon because of what happened to you. So, dapat magpapaka-lalaki kung sino man ang guy na ‘yon.”
Gutierrez, who has two children with estranged Turkish husband Yilmaz Bektas, has left her abusive marriage and relocated here in the Philippines where she revived her career in show business. The Buzz
