MANILA, Philippines -- The hosts of “It’s Showtime” surprised the "madlang people" as they pulled off breathtaking performances during the noontime show on Monday and Tuesday.
As part of the show’s third anniversary, the hosts will showcase unique production numbers in their bid to win P100,000 for their chosen charity.
Actress Anne Curtis and Karylle kicked off the competition on Monday with a fire dance, aerial acrobatics and synchronized swimming. They also ate shipworm (tamilok) and crickets.
It was Jugs Jugueta and Teddy Corpuz's turn on Tuesday as they delighted the audience with their own version of the popular dance number "Gangnam Style."
The two tandems will battle fellow hosts Vhong Navarro and Billy Crawford, Vice Ganda and Jhong Hilario, Kuya Kim Atienza and Ryan Bang, and the team of Coleen Garcia, Eric "Eruption" Tai, and Baby Joy who will also be performing this week.
