MANILA, Philippines - Former beauty queen-actress Dindi Gallardo made it to the New York Post after filing a lawsuit against her former boss, comic-book writer Frank Miller and his girlfriend.
In her lawsuit, Gallardo claimed she was put through hell by the Batman creator's girlfriend, Kimberly Cox.
Gallardo, who worked for Miller as an executive coordinator, said Cox smeared her work area with feces, destroyed her printer with a hammer, threw phones at her and left a used sanitary napkin on her desk last July 2010.
She also claimed Cox mocked the way she talked by using a funky accent.
Gallardo is seeking unspecified damages from Miller and Cox for discrimination and mental anguish.
Cox was reportedly shocked by the lawsuit. She said Gallardo had been offered a "very heavy settlement," but declined.
