Gensan kid becomes first-ever 'PDA' Little Grand Dreamer

Nine-year-old Philip Nolasco of General Santos City became the first ever Little Grand Star Dreamer of "Pinoy Dream Academy" during the reality singing contest's finals Sunday.

Nolasco, whose real name is Philip Cesar Nadela, bested five other finalists by garnering the highest number of text votes.

Amy Nobleza, 6, from Las Piñas, was first runner-up, and Angelo Garci, 6, from Oriental Mindoro, bagged the 2nd runner-up award.

The other finalists were Aubrey Carreon, 10, Risie Joan Mayo, 9, and Cristina de Leon, 9.

The first ever Little Grand Dream Night was held at the Dolphy Theater and was broadcast live on ABS-CBN.
