MANILA – The wedding of Sarah Lahbati and Richard Gutierrez won’t happen until after she gives birth to their second child.
“Siyempre ayaw ko naman mataba sa wedding. Gusto ko din mag-focus sa pregnancy. After this pregnancy, for sure ['yung wedding],” she told reporters on Thursday.
Lahbati said she is enjoying her second pregnancy because it’s a lot easier than when she had Zion.
“With this pregnancy, parang mas relaxed ako. Ang naging morning sickness ko lang is headache and moodiness. With Zion, lahat. Ibang iba siya,” she said.
Although she doesn’t have any preference as to her next baby’s gender, Lahbati shared that Zion has been vocal that he wants a baby brother.
“Kasi we live with Chard’s brother and they have a baby girl. So sabi niya, ‘I want a baby boy kasi we have Arya at home. Arya is a baby girl.’ We’ll see,” she said.
Lahbati said she is just grateful to have a strong support system, especially with Gutierrez by her side.
“Sobrang busy niya sa ‘La Luna’ so kapag wala siyang taping, ako lang kasama niya and si Zion. Parang pinaglilihian ko kasi siya. Kapag wala siya, gusto ko nasa tabi ko siya,” she said.
Lahbati shared the good news that she and Gutierrez are expecting another child early this month. She posted a photo of her holding an ultrasound result, along with Gutierrez and Zion.
Rumors of her second pregnancy first surfaced back in August, around two weeks following her engagement with Gutierrez.
Lahbati is expected to give birth in April 2018.
