She made one of her dreams come true when she stood in for Karen Davila on DZMM Teleradyo's "Pasada Sais Trenta" Friday afternoon -- the first time she ever got to host a radio show.
And it looks like this is only the start of good things to come for Jervi Li, otherwise known as "KaladKaren," as she was offered help with her contract by talent manager and television host Boy Abunda.
The "King of Talk," also Davila's manager, was admittedly impressed by Li's wit and comedic timing and felt the need to personally call the program with an offer to arrange for her future opportunities.
"Nasaan po ang stretcher? Hindi ko po kaya! Diyos ko, Lord. Dasal lang, dasal lang talaga," said an overwhelmed Li, who is currently being managed by Olive De Jesus of Veda Productions.
Li, who, in real life, is a head writer of a reality show on a cable TV channel, first gained popularity after a video of her mimicking the "Bandila" anchor went viral.
During her DZMM guesting, she also received offers to appear in several speaking events, as well as a chance to co-host a different radio program.
Li also revealed that she will be guesting on Sunday's episode of "Gandang Gabi Vice," and that she already has a show which will air exclusively available on ABS-CBN Mobile.
"Maraming pong salamat sa DZMM, kay ma'am Karen at sir Vic [Lima], at sa lahat po ng bumubuo sa 'Pasada Sais Trenta.' Talaga pong nabigla ako sa mga nangyari ngayong araw na ito pero I will always remember this day," she said.
